We were very satisfied with the excellent work the comcast cable tech did... Roshun was such a hard worker and knowledgeable in his field. He not only fixed the root of the problem which the prior techs should have done in the first place but was well mannered during the process. He was efficient, very patient and was quick to answer our questions. He is definitely an asset to the company. I wish I can speak the same for all their workers but today was a very pleasant experience. We hope there are more staff members in Comcast that takes after Roshun.
