DirecTv Fraudulent Business Practices

I'd been a Directv client for 6 years after I requested to become improved to some HD Radio. They sent me a recipient. After I attempted for connecting the recipient a note sprang on the display informing me to contact customer support. After I did they advised me that I required a brand new meal, and so I planned a scheduled appointment

To get a specialist. The specialist came and explained the brand new meal that was bigger didnot match on my porch within the town and didnot get "Type Of Website", and so I terminated my consideration and delivered the recipient. Per month later I obtained a statement for $413.84. I named plus they explained I smashed the spoken (that will be dubious legal exercise anyhow) agreement since I did not finish the two year support. I wrote them two characters and named them more than 20 occasions, and whenever they explained it had been a legitimate cost. There have been 4 or 5 reps who explained that I ought tonot be billed, however they stated these were helpless to complete something about this. One individual who appeared to try very difficult was an individual from the title of Jesse in "Retainment". Their DirecTv worker quantity is #413235 (his supervisor is known as Basil). HOW COULD IT'S A COST AFTER I WAS NOT IN A POSITION TO EVEN USE THE GEAR THEY SUPPLIED ME AND CENTERED THE CONTRACT AROUND...
