False agreemant/Fraud/Scam

I named to DirecTV to confirm strategy pricing and after accepting on the discount I decided to register. Fourteen days later I obtain a notice declaring that I'll not get a discount and that I will soon be billed a $50 distinction (I acquired this notice once they mounted the gear and closed the agreement underneath the decided discount) I contact them to discover why plus they provide me the run-around and so I told them to possibly recognize our agreemant or stop my support and agreement at free, they needed me to pay for over $400 to stop plus they hung-up on me after placing me on-hold to get a supervisor. I've been coping with this problem for weeks and also have gotten nowhere, countless hours allocated to the telephone and on-hold, I told them I'm not likely to purchase something and that I needed nothing related to them. I believed which was that nicely nowadays I had been billed $739 from my consideration and my lease arrives and so I contact them-and they stated they charged me for that outstanding support that we haven't been obtaining any support following the first month once they close it down, and also the gear they didn't actually ask me to come back it or provide me a notice to come back it of course if used to donot they may bill me. THEY SIMPLY TOOK $739 FROM ME with notice or agreement and after being about the telephone for 2 hours a man informs me that I had been said to be provided a notice and 21 times to come back the gear and he actually claims he doesnt understand why they didn't follow organization plan, but I can not get my money-back till I return the material. Per week 5 at-best and also the men claims I accept you-but icant challenge it, they cannot actually following day ship it, meaning I'm likely to be overdue on many expenses and spend the charge. I'm not completed with this I'll document a-class action suit from this organization for several people who suffer with them.
