I named since there is cost for PPV on my statement and that I haven't used it. Erin (the ladies I spoke to) did not attempt to assist whatsoever. She stated the cost was from 2006 which after I connected a brand new recipient this cost was about the previous card. I informed her we reside in our fifth wheel and also have never had anything-but mobile phones and that I had never requested it. She stated "then you definitely had better speak to your spouse" after which hung-up the telephone. Obviously I called back and spoke to another person. They ultimately got it down by statement and stated it was a-one period factor and they'll never try it again. They mightnot tell me precisely when this cost was and sometimes even what film we'd requested, that it had been in 2006. I'm hoping we are creating our home next summer and we shall stop directv then. I'm just maintaining it now since it is usefull for the present time.
