Too many different stories by csr

I named directv after I'd settled my statement and was attempting to observe when my support could be switched back on. I was informed 2 to 4 business hours by among their so-called managers. This was on 11/6/08 and was more informed when it had beennot on from the next day to contact. On 11/7/08 when I arrived home from work it was not on. I named and was informed that "we've not obtained your cost however." After I had been about the telephone for more than 1 1/2 hours together I had been used in another department. Where I spoke to some Denise, and so I was informed. She explained togo and send her the bill and set attn: RSH on it so when she obtain it she'll change my support back on. So here I move looking for some where you can send it to her. I did so and she'd provided my a callback amount to contact after I had sent it to her. When I called back I spoke to a different individual and he or she stated that I really could not get my support on till they obtained the cost. I attempted to describe to her what Denise had stated and he or she was not reading none of it. She'dnot actually I'd like to keep in touch with Denise she stated she could not do this. I attempted to expain to her what Denise had stated and he or she stated that Denise had mentioned on my consideration that srevice won't be switched on until statement is compensated entirely so when she asked me when am I going to be spending the remainder I informed her in fourteen days. We did not get the statement till after I'd created the cost. I had been also informed by another csr that providers weren't to become switched off until 11/10/08 anyhow. So what can I actually do about that? For Number 1 they're all rude and do not tell the reality.
