Never received service on scheduled time

Was never notified by direct tv for scheduled service visit, named customer service after 4 time wait and spoke to representive, who advised me that i'd to reschedule time of installment because of rise climate. Made them aware that i'd be without service for 11 times. Representive mentioned and i estimate: this is the best we could do! Having been a prior client of direct tv, i had been worried by this response. Customer support... I would'nt contact it that. Also to now nothing has been done... Why? How do you solve an issue the company doesn't consider important enough to deal with. It is people like myself who've made direct tv what it's today... All i'd like is fulfillment. I simply don't believe it's to purchase service rather than get what i taken care of... Would you?
