Extremely unethical customer abuse

Whenever we signed up for Direct TV on Dec. 27, the contractors had a that mentioned our phrase of support was for just one year (12 weeks), which we closed. After I named to stop service on 2-25, the client representative for Direct TV advised me that people registered for an 18-month expression of support, which we'd be billed an $80 early disconnect charge. Exceptionally dishonest client misuse. Not getting us an earlier remove charge will be the correct point for Direct TV to complete. I'll visit the Greater Business Institution to be able to combat the disconnect charge.
