Poor Customer/Double Delivery Fees

Bad customer support/dual shipping costs.

I bought from Connis a-50" plasma Samsung tv, their priciest wall group, and compensated shipping costs. Connis established the price to possess my lcd installed could be $299 after shipping. Connis currently really wants to cost me $69 AGAIN for delivery along with the $299 installment charge - a dual cost for shipping. Our purchase was an entire waste, whilst the products continue to be resting within the manufacturers’ containers. I actually had my house born for that installation. Conn's doesn't have integrity. Support is horrible. Director Elias Contreras at Connis (6888 Gulf Fwy, Hou. Colorado) suggests there's nothing he is able to do - a bad reason. I've recently bought a brand new house and also have a several devices. I'll never use Connis (at any area) again. Director Elias Contreras explained it had been a misunderstanding by Connis.
