I purcahsed a Poulan Pro Rototiller on 3/30/08. The 2nd period I applied it the drive-shaft within the sign broke. Connis stated I'd to go 60 kilometers for their service-center. Poulan Expert explained to go 5 kilometers to 1 of the approved service facilities.

The PP servicecenter mentioned it'd a faulty drive-shaft and might charge more to correct than substitute. They offered me a prepared declaration to provide to Connis and so I could easily get an exchange. Connis mentioned their technician needed to come to a decision.

Conn's required the tiller on 5/20/o8. As of 7/8/08 they still haven't had time to look at it. The store-manager in white negotiation, Texas states he can't do something for me personally till they view it. I inquired if he might contact anyone to observe exactly what the wait was. He explained he couldn't which he's 4 appliances within the same limbo.

I've repeatedly named Connis support center and criticism heart. The grievances middle places you on-hold without requesting after which moves you from individual to individual. The ultimate move was a saving declaring the service-center was currently closed. It had been incredible.
