There have been many errors produced by Connis with my purchase of the new refrigerator. Errors occur, however when Connis makes them, they don't resolve them. I've gotten the 'run-around' to get a month attempting to repair their errors - no body requires possession, their cost methods have inconsistent info, they're rude, hang-up you, nor come through on the guarantees. It has been the only most terrible support I've actually obtained - please don't be totally attached by Connis - they're certainly a CONN WORK!
