Unordered NFL Ticket Added to Bill, Cancellation Refused

When I subscribed, I was told what great service they provide, etc. When I called to find out why my bill was $41.50 more than it should have been, I was told NFL ticket was added to my account. I did not order this, and I hate the NFL. When I called to try to get this taken off and canceled, I was told by the "Philippine" office that they would not do this, even though I did not order it. They rip you off.

I will see you in court. I have a perfect 2-0 record and am looking to make it 3-0 at your expense.
