I requested a brand new TIVO (my third) and had several problems connecting it-up. After I obtained my AmEx bil I realized that I had been being charged for 2 TIVO svcs. After I called the cust. Svc # I had been informed that until I will demonstrate that I named to stop another svc, I'd have now been charged until I acquired proof of termination. I'd like a reimbursement for that repetitive svc. Payment.
