Att Uverse Pack was agreed to us. Sept. 5th, 08. We where planned for hookup on Sep. 20th. Needed to reschedule. Next available day was Oct. 4th, 08. No problem. Until ATT unhooked our phone-line on Sept. 22nd. We named our present telephone business "Constitution". They stated, Att required our telephone number within their control. I named ATT, they stated, yes we did, and we're sorry for that error. After many calls and moments to hours afterwards my restricted mobile phone, ATT decided to emerge Sept. 29th, 08. Between 8a-10a, I named they stated, they'd currently be out between 10a-12p. I named them at 2pm. They considered patient. A support broker might be out nowadays... (obviously, I used my entire Sunday... Waiting.) I named them back at 8pm, the consultant, stated " properly clearly Ms. Work is shut today, they will not be out tonite." Mon now's below... I am frantically looking to get some data... And actual true-to our consideration. I acquired some info thru dealing with the area, who likewise had ATT issues, and some of these, had an area sales person. Quantity along with a U Verse supervisoris quantity from Lansing. They to, simply blew smoke up my butt. It is today Sunday Oct. 4th... Waiting on ATT since the ATT supervisor stated, I guarantee our technology. May be out between 10a-12p. Well, you suspected, a no-show. We're currently obtaining new support with Charter. Sometimes cheaper is not often greater. Att hurts...
