AT&T U-verse
Very Bad Service

We'd an installment routine for that AT&T U Verse on January 31 e, we'd requested this about the 31 of Dec. We were within the family room awaiting the wire man to exhibit up and do the installment so we are able to access it with other essential tasks. We were sitting there with my buddy, mother, and his two buddies that found perform a gaming. The installment was planned for 12:00-2:00. We eventually got a phone from an AT&T Uverse worker, the one which was designed to deploy Uverse for all of US today, 1-734-523-7914. It had been 12:45. About the phone he questioned if we desired to re schedule, and we responded "number, 30 days isn't enough for you personally?". Then he informed us he can come at 1:00. We said okay. Hours approved, and there is no indication of him, no-call, nothing. We attempted, and tried alot to get hold of him from the amount he named us from, and some additional figures. All of them had people awaiting 2.5 hours. Like I described earlier, we were all awaiting him, from 12:00-2:40. We got on the web, and noticed our visit was planned for 8pm. We were surprised, after which waited for some more hours, after which lastly our phone got for them. Somebody in the AT&T u verse acquired the telephone. We questioned him concerning the installment, he explained that it's been re scheduled for February 24. All of us were unfortunate, and did not speak much, since it simply was not obvious enough, on why he re scheduled. The somebody also stated that he arrived at precisely 2:40, and bumped a great deal, then went away. Which was totally a rest. We were in the family room, your door was completely available!!! Therefore was your backdoor!!! The only real entry that has been shut was your entrance, however it was not secured!!! General he lied, and not turned up, with he squelched your pleasure, any joy to get the u verse, and just how enjoyable it'd be. At&t u verse was the baddest service-we ever endured.
