Customer Service Lied

I'd an mount for access to the internet planned for yesterday day planned from 8-10, and that I was house in those days. I'd removed a half-day from function to become there.in a small after 10 I noticed the voicemail on my cell the technology had rung my doorbell at 9:26 with no one responded. Which was a rest - I've 2 pets of course if somebody had rung the bell I'd have noticed it. I named customer support plus they stated they'd deliver the technology back out, however it might consider until 9 PM. I decided and named directly into remove the remainder of your day from work. Around 5:30 I named customer support again plus they stated the technology would contact me quickly and was planned in the future. No body actually named or arrived. I named customer support today plus they stated somebody was designed to attended plus they had no clarification why number on actually arrived. They suspected the technology did not have occasion. All-they were prepared to do about that was to reschedule me to get a Sunday, that they stated they do not often do. That's not the case possibly, I Have had Sunday puts before. The corporation isn't legitimate, and that I might fall them-but they've a monopoly on access to the internet in Ithaca.
