AT and T Uverse
Service sucks

Ok here goes... I registered for AT&T Uverse in Sept. 2008. They stated a specialist was not open to deploy support until Nov. 29. My partner and that I were enthusiastic and excitedly expecting all the providers ATand T stated to supply.

Nicely on Nov. 29th the technology arrived and mounted the web and wire, but was not able to deploy telephone because of being not able to port-number from WOW! Wire HUH? Ok somebody was designed to call me in 3 times to I would like to understand once the quantity might be ported... Alas no telephone call. And so I named them-and they stated they had a need to deliver a technology back again to my home, nothing accessible until DEC. 23rd... Hmmmm! They evening comes and moves no body turns up or calls. One more evening of lost earnings.

Contact them back Dec. 27th... They've no report people having telephone support, purchase to port-number, etc. Asked me for my acct#, i stated I never got one, never obtained paperwork from unique install. Okay, so that they established us up with another interface over # daate... Jan. 22. Day comes and complements no outcomes, no telephone calls nothing. I forgot to say that AT&T had provided us a momentary telephone # that on Jan. 22nd ceased working so we'd no phone today.

Named them back 3 nights later... Delivered somebody out towards the home that evening, technology mentioned nothing wrong using the outlines have to simply interface over quantity from WOW! Someone can contact you with data.

Shock, surprise no telephone call. Called them again put up another interface day... No switch-over...

And So I called them nowadays 3 mos in the end this began, stated I actually donot care if my previous quantity gets ported I simply need a brand new phone mumber... Ok Maam we will need to put up an install day...

End-Of story. I named WOW! And they'll be _re-adding my wire, telephone and web tomorrow! I will barely wait!!!
