Installer Drilled Through Walls, Set Pole Over Gas Line

Since when can a vendor walk onto a property without the owner's permission and put in a system that damages the building, with holes drilled through walls and so on? They also set a ground pole directly on top of an underground gas line, which could have caused a leak or an explosion. Have these people ever heard of the diggers hotline?

The automated voice transfer system is another problem. I have spent hours trying to find whoever did this, and I still cannot reach a live person.

I think badly of this company and of DirecTV.
