Rude Representatives, Conflicting Billing Answers, No Supervisor

DTV is the biggest scam ever!

Please do not use DTV for your service.

Their customer service is terrible, if we can even call it that, and the way they talk to the customer is even worse.

I asked for a supervisor and the lady told me, "We don't have a supervisor, what do you want me to do?"

I called several times about my bill and got a different answer every time.

They even told me that I have to learn how to read.

We have to do something about it. We cannot let them get away with this.
