Terrible Customer Service

DTV the biggest scam EVER!

Please DO NOT USE DTV for your service

Their Customer Service is terrible "If we can call that Customer Service» and the way they talk to the customer is even worse.

I asked for a supervisor and the lady told me “We don’t have a supervisor, what do you want me to do? ”

I called several times about my bill and got a different answers every time.

They even told me that I have to learn how to read.

We have to do something about it, we can not to let the get away with this.
