The worst customer service I ever had. When I tell people about my horrible car buying experience with them, they roll their eye and say "Yup, they did the same thing to me (or my brother, my neighbor, etc). I honestly have not heard one person say "Really? That's not what happened to me." Not One! Please take the time, learn from my terrible experience and buy your Nissan in Nashville, Franklin, Manchester, etc. I cannot caution you enough about not going here.
