Metro should definately go out of business they are useless... I am having problems logging on to my account to get my bill and there is nothing they can do about it what are you there for... I called the first time they lady sent me to a supervisor who reset my password but the reset they sent to me did not work so I called again asked to be sent to a supervisor was on hold for 15 min so i three wayed them back to show them how long i have been on hold during this call she sent me to a supervisor who again didn't know what to do so i called back the fourth rep i spoke with told me they are not google they cannot do anything im sorry but i have been a metro pcs customer for over a year and had them in the past which is why i left there service in the first place they have awful customer service I HATE METRO... Tmobile here i come metro will never have me as a customer again
