Scam and rip off!

I, also, dropped for just one of the "perks" - free dvdplayer. Our support was mounted 12.12.07 & my salesman explained that I'd be getting the Payoff Type for that dvdplayer. After producing 3 calls, I ultimately obtained the shape 1/19/08 & realized that the shape needed to be "postmarked by 12/31/07". Published notice onto it that support wasn't mounted until 12/12/07 & shipped in required paperwork. After several calls about not getting the free DVD player, DirecTV says that my marketing bundle ended 10/31/07 & I'm not entitled to the free DVD player! Why was not I advised this everytime I required the shape??? What laying rip off designers they're! But, I'm not completed with them. I'm living as much as my end-of the contract plus they must also. Easily was to stop my contract together, I'd be punished. I've submitted a using the BBB and also the Attorneygeneral's Workplace. I informed DirecTV that I'd publish a note with this site & will also publish one on "Rip-Off Studies". I'd like my dvdplayer and that I CAN GET IT!!!
