On or around December 21 I named Directv to begin something in a home that my spouse and that I had just bought. The attempted deploy happened on December 26. That evening I had been informed that I'd require another card for that Tivo which was left below and next all the tvs works. The price was $20.00. I applied my charge card about the contractors telephone to some customer support representative stated they'd quickly send the card. The specialist explained that I'd need to do is deploy the card and anything works.

I received the card on December 30. That night I mounted the card and nothing. And so I named tech support team about the problem. On January 2 I named and requested customer support when they might simply get me a brand new tivo. Their reaction was yes, for $95.99 and that I might obtain in 7 to 10 business days. It was the very best they might do, but still no promise that it'd wok then.

On February 1 DirecTV illegally withdrew $324.35 from my bill using my bank card without my authorization and without supplying me using the first little bit of support. Beware!
