Unauthorized withdrawls

I ended my DirecTV consideration & delivered their gear because of poor customer support.

Without my agreement DirecTV debited my banking account for that balance due. I called DirecTV requesting they credit the funds back again to my consideration, send me a statement and that I might deliver them a money order. They declined

I talked with reps at my lender on two distinct events; two diverse reps explained that DirecTV is infamous for this kind of motion/deal.

I'm contesting the cost with my lender and also have submitted a using the FTC.

I'd like everyone to become conscious of DirecTVis dishonest methods. Obviously it's predominant together.
