Lied from the very beginning. They give you a good rate and then make it so expensive later on it is more than all services combined with cable. Our bill is wrong every month. We have had to call every month and there is no one that can resolve anything. We have one more year and I can't wait to get rid of them. DO NOT let them drag you in by their lies and deceitful practices.
