Fraud and lies

On the 9.20.2012 went to switch tv services for a better offer, from cox to directv and was quoted a fix rate of $55.47 per month with a contract of 2 years. After 1 years on the 9.19.12 receive a statement with an amount of $95.96, so call directv for explanation and was told on the 9.24.12 that the amount of $55.47 was only for one year. I asked how much it would be to cancel the contract and was told that it would be $240. I told directv employee that I would get a new service and will closed the account with them and the employee said ok. When we call back the next day to cancel with directv they had change there say was that we now owed $440 for early cancelation, so did asked for a supervisor named (ashley) that said to me that would have to honor the $240 for early cancelation because that is what we where told (if we had been told that the termination would of be $440 we would of wait). Well on the 9.4.12 receive the bill with an amount of $376.11, I call back again on the 9.5.12 and now was told by another supervisor (Robert) that will not honor the $240 but that we have to pay the all $376.11. What resources does the consumer has to be able to pay what he was initially told??? I will not pay the amount because of honesty part they tell people one thing and after that you stuck with a high bill. So what can we do to resolve and only pay for what we are told??? We has of today still payed the all amount asked to avoid any extra charges or collection but we definitely want justice and we will write to all news channel regarding this matter and trying to get our money back and to hope that the all public knows how those corporation works on lying and steeling money from high score credit.
