$100.00 Viisa - This was for a $100 Visa Rewards Gift Card

I was told I would get a $100.00 reward card after I had my service for 90 days. I am well over that and have been checking the status of the reward card and it still at the 90 day active service process. I would like to know when it will move off that and when and if will be shipped out to me, or is this a scam to get my business?
