Time Warner Cable Switch To TWC Gift Card Complaint

When I switched my internet service to Time Warner Cable at the end of November I was told that I was eligible for a $100 gift card and submitted all the required information at that time. I have waited the required time as specified in the Terms and Conditions of the offer but never received the gift card. I have contacted their customer service on at least four occasions to ask about the status. I was given an online site to visit to check status (was not applicable); told I could only check the online site for status & no phone number to call; that someone would get back to me (no one did). They have proven themselves to be unreliable, dishonest, and terrible when it comes to customer service. I have found other post online of customers claiming the gift card is a scam and they never got their card either.
