Dispute and or complaint sept - Timw Warner Cable (Internet, phone, television package)

I can not get resolutions for my ongoing and by ongoing issues i mean over 1 year and every time I call i get a different answer and snoty responses to my many questions. I fianlly gsve up and called and asked how to file a complaint but as you know YOU DONT HAVE ONE OR A DISPUTE DEPT EITHER I am cx my service and now on top of all the other ongoing issues you are charging me for a wifi I was to get 6mos free and took of showetime tmc yet charging me. Lets not pretend we both dont know how wrong this all is
