DirecTV sucks, Be aware - you can not afford to loose your hard earn money - stay away - TV service

I gave this company enough time to fix issues they have created by cheating new first time customer. I have signed up for their TV service 3 months before, rep from DirecTV called me and made me sign up for service and we agreed on numbers with channels that I wanted.installer came and when we verified channels, few were missing so had to call customer service/cancellation dept but no help for few hours. I had to call again to cancellation dept and some lady picked up and added channels that I wanted - she confirmed that they will not charge any extra. Next day I received email from DirecTV that I have changed the package and will have to pay a new price, big surprise on the very next day, it was Sunday so could not help myself. I called them on Monday and ask them to cancel and surprisingly they denied and said it was more than 24 hours, after plenty of conversations, stupid people from cancellation approved $100 credit, which was nothing compare to increase in price that i will be paying, i told them i am gong to cancell as soon as I get offers from CableVision.

People, i am going to submit my review on every site that I find so these cheaters do not cheat other customers, good luck, beware of such dogs in the market.
