Keep cable. Signed up for Directv. Got it installed on Feb. 4 this year. Got the 210 () channels because it had the channels I wanted at a good price. Signed agreement for Directv plan for 12/24 months. One of my channels that I really wanted was CLOO. On Feb. 9 the change CLOO to the next upgraded package and I was not informed of this change prior to making my agreement with Directv. I had not luck contacting anyone on the customer service number and the on line contact kept sending me into a loop. Feb. 14 finally received contact from Directv via email. I was kindy informed of the change in channels to better serve their customers. However, if I wanted to receive CLOO and more outstanding channels I could upgrade for a few dollars more. I mention that I signed an agreement with Directv. I was again kindy reinformed that I if I want CLOO I can upgrade. My question is why did I agree to pay a certain amout of money for a certain service. Oh, by the way they did quote the legal jargon to remind me of what they did. Now if they change it once, what is stopping them from doing it again. I guess I have a long 24 months. What to I believe what I was told the first time or this time.
