Direct tv is awful cant wait to go back to u-verse!

Direct TV is awful. Regret getting it so much! First of all, some of the movies on demand aren't even AVAILABLE! We were so excited that we found a movie on Direct that we were looking for, for a long time. So we rented it on SMS and we went to watch the movie and it didnt let us! We called an customer service and they said it wasn't available and they didnt refund our $6 for the movie! The Remote controls work terribly. Customer Service takes a LONG time to process. If you are having trouble with your TV it takes 15 minutes to ACTUALLY talk to a representative. Also as a previous U-Verse customer I can't wait to go back to Uverse services! A far superior product! The Employees for Direct TV LIE!!! They said many movies in theater were on Demand. They said a certain movie we were looking for was on Demand soon to find out it wasn't.
