Worst Customer - Information being compromised

So I moved from my apt to home a block away with same zip code and details. I went online and started a chat with a rep to schedule a tech to come for intallation. He suggested I could save money and do it myself. I also told him that Dish network has beeter pricing and I was looking to switch. Rep Mentioned he could save me money and lower my payment and I agree. Rep saved me $20 per month. I was happy:)

Now I logged online to see my bill and notice it till had my old acct information, so I went online to chat and spent over 3 hours and now I am told that my acct with comcast never existed and they have some CHinese name added to my acct with me a billing information.
Why will I want to pay omeone's elses bill if I am not the acct holder at the first place-o my personal information got mixed and compromised
SEcondly I get an alert from my credit Bureau that an enquiry took place on my credit report and YOU WON"T BELIEVE ITS COMCAT.
Without informing me and disclosing to me they pulled my credit and now my score lowered by 30 points.
When I am calling comcast I have to deal with racist customer service rep who don't liten, argue, rude, bad tone and don't knwo what they are doing-to make it even worse they deal with you like shit even being a loyal customer for over 5 years.

If i had to get my credit pulled why would I go with comcat I would go with Dish who had better plans and not save me $20 but save me $50.

I tell all people never trust comcast and what they say_they are a cheat and will mes your credit without discloing to you.

WEorst Wport company and people - no professionalism and work ethics. Company should be dealth with and closed.
