Extremely poor customer service

Years ago I had comcast cable because it was the only cable available in my area. The aboslutly worst customer service ever, the acted as if they knew they were the only option and they treated customers just like this. ATT became available in my condo building and I think I was the first to sign up! ATT was a little more $ but the best customer service ever! It's all baout the customer service to me. I just moved into a single family home and ATT is not available, and my husband did not want dish... So here we go again with Comcast. I have literally been a customer for 4 weeks and they already messed up my first bill, they promised that the $100 installation fee could be split into installments, since our bill is $200 PER MONTH anyway, well they did not do this when I called they told me there was nothing they could do because it has already been processed. Comcast i honestly do not know how you have stayed in business.
