Throw that old equipment out the window!

For at least the 10th time this month, I get an error message when accessing the programs saved on my DVR.

I've tried everything - rebouting, having a signal boost sent, in-home tech repair! The problem keeps happening.

Twice in the last few months, no one showed up for my tech repair appointment and spent countless hours on hold trying to reach a rep online.

By the way, I had a similar problem with my Comcast modem, loosing internet connectivity computer multiple times a day for month! After a similar song and dance as described above and multiple trips to the Comcast field office standing in lines wrapped around the building before the place opened, I insisted on getting a new, unused modem.

Comcast Atlanta - please stop recycling old equipment that is long past its depreciation date.
