Comcast cable company in many areas of baltimore city refuse to have technical repair personnel for there service which is continually interrupted by poor management of their company. Cable rates are very high, as much as $160.00 a month.

Interruption commonly occur with this company resulting in loss of cable television for days, and when you call to schedule an appointment to have it service, it usually takes anywhere from 2 to 3 weeks for them to arrange an appointment.

Comcast continues to buy area services from pre existing satellite companies, failing to upgrade the poor signal equipment, forcing area home owners and renters to buy there services. Also, comcast internet modem shuts down regularly, with no expectations, and there are no supervisors to report this problem to. Stay away from this company if you can.
