I have been waiting for my additional services to be added for 5 days now. I am told a different story each time I call. I was scheduled for an installer to come and connect at the pole and this was after 5 days of calling. I was told by chat support that my appointment had been cancelled since there was "trouble in my area". I was not notified of the cancellation and the work order states that it was completed and not cancelled. It was not completed as I still do not have TV or phone. I contacte the chat department and a Curt told me he was going to transfer me to the "concerns department", there is no concerns department he just transferred me to sales. I asked Katyln in sales to transfer me to a supervisor and she agreed but transferred me to billing. I cannot understand why Time Warner would let there chat support agents treat customers like this. The last agent I spoke with told me if there is trouble in your area they will cancel your work order without telling you or rescheduling you as they don't want to pay a tech agent to come out if it may all be resolved with the "issue in the area is resolved". I was told when I fist called with my self install kit that it can take 2 weeks to get my phone number ported in. I advised that young lady and 2 other people I didn't want a number ported in, I needed a new land line phone number. Nobody listened, they attempted to import my cell number... I still am so shocked as to how the chat support deparment treated me by pretending to transfer me to someone who I thought might care, but it appears that if you do the self install, they don't care, they wait until you have to call and schedule someone out to get your service started so you have to pay for it.
