PC control of DVR

I'm in the DVR Manager and want to set up PC remote control of the DVR. There is a get started button which doesn't work. Above the button it lists my DVR as DVR1 but then it says: TV Control is not activated for this account.

Can you activate this TV Control or DVR Control?
