Comcast strikes again!

Yes... Comcast is a helluva company. Just this week they've decided that basic cable customers have no need for the channel guide station so they simply cut it off.

After calling and inquiring as to why doesn't the channel guide station show, i find out that there was nothing wrong with my television, it was done purposely by the mysterious "others" who control programming. I was told that comcast has nothing to do with it and has no control over programming.

Apparently, comcast has no control over lowering the price for programming that I no longer receive either. "isn't that special?"

So, in addition to pityful repeated programming, I now have to constantly channel surf in order to find which repeats i can stomach? Comcast you are some kind've special!!! Comcast is a prime example of sticking it to the consumer.

My question is, if comcast has no control over programming or pricing Nor will they demand good programming from the mysterious "others" who does control programming... Then what good is comcast? Answer: they suck!

Comcast users are being screwed big time with this company. I can't wait for some entity to lower the boom on this one. The next time I see one of those comcast commercials that are supposed to make me feel all warm and fuzzy about comcast I'll be the one regurgitating all over the tv.
