Where is the wind in this stream?

I have Windstream. My internet does NOT stream like the wind, but more like a snail in quick sand. *sigh*. I have been complaining for months and the tech support people give me the same sorry excuse of "installing new equipment". We need AT&T back in Cameron SC.
