250 Best Buy Card - 250 gift card, 89.99 special plan (fake)

I was called by TWC themselves to fix and change my plan around... The representative gave me, what was supposed to be, an awesome deal but was not!

89.99 for all 3 (phone, cable, internet) plus a holiday 250 gift card to best buy...

I was stupid to say no. Or it seemed.

My bills came in the month later 130, then the next month 140.

I called TWC with my bill complaints and asked them what happened with my 250 gift card. They noted that the bill at 130 is perfectly fine... And that after 30 days I was not elegible for the 250 gift card anymore... They told me my redemption code is passed due.

1) I never was told about the statute of limitation (time)
2) I never was told about an redemption code or to even go on a website to sign up
3) the representative tricked me into paying more per month
4) Now I dont even get a 250 gift card?

They told me to call a # 888-977-8985 to talk to a rep regarding the 250 gift card. I called twice. Both times went to voicemail (which I left my number and info to receive a call back) No Reply back either times. Each time I called I waited 30 minutes each! Then it would go to voicemail... What the???

TWC has 0 customer service and they are full of lies. I have no trust with this company whatsoever.
