Time Warner Cable Gift Card Scam - TIME WARNER CABLE

I signed up for the bundle package from TWC in January and did so because they had a good offer on their bundle pricing that also included a $100 gift card. You had to keep the package for at least 3 months and remain current on your payments. I have been a direct deposit customer since 1995 so that was not a problem. I called several times to find out when the card would be mailed, only to find out this last time that "supposedly" I was told that I had to register online to receive the gift card and that my claim had been rejected. That had never been told to me and they have refused to do anything about it. Sounds like quite a SCAM they have going on, sounds great to begin with, don't believe what they tell you. I have asked them to pull they audio tapes of my conversations. Will hold my breath for that.
