I switched to TW Cable in Sept. because I was promised a $200 gift card. I emailed them all the documents they wanted and waited the 90 days, then called. They told me it could take another 90 days for the gift card to get mailed out. I have been calling every month and just getting the same answer, "We will email the gift card department. That is all we can do." It has been 9 months now and I still don't have my gift card! This is a scam!!
