Warning DirecTV does not honor their rebate offers.

We subscribe to DirecTV satellite services after we received a promotion offer of $20 off per month for the first year of service. The offer was in a local advertisement flyer and then confirm to us by email from Directv.

After 5 months of chasing after the rebate and getting bounced around from their call centers we canceled our service.

They continue to try to charge us for a cancelling fee of over $400.00 and will forward to collection agencies.
