Warning: this company does not honor its rebate offers.
We subscribed to satellite services after we received a promotion offer of $20 off per month for the first year of service. The offer was in a local advertisement flyer and was then confirmed to us by e-mail.
After 5 months of chasing after the rebate and getting bounced around from their call centers, we canceled our service.
They continue to try to charge us a cancellation fee of over $400.00 and will forward it to collection agencies.
Don't trust this company.
