IPhone Hotline App Review: Fluctuating Speed - Cable Internet

I've had the service for less than a month and the speed is not as advertised. Called customer service and was told no trouble on their end it has to be the wireless in my modem I received from them. Thinking about canceling and going back to AT&T.
