Poor service, customer service, destruction of personal property

I have cable/phone/internet with the brighthouse. The phone service went out and I called the customer service and filed for a repair. Their tech shows up in my home and pulls all the wires out out of my very expensive entertainment system in my house which control everything from door bell to internet and entertainment system. The tech leaves without fixing the phone and cuts wires out of the the system which he shouldn't have and leaves. I have contacted brighthouse everyday since that day and requested to speak to a supervisor. Each time the "supervisor" assures that someone will be in touch. Not only I have been without internet, phone and cable but I lost my door bell which is hooked up to the entire system. Brighthouse does not want to accept responsibility for the damages they caused nor they are apologetic about they frustration and agrevasion they have caused, not to mention not having service for the entire week.
