Booked a return Edmonton-Doha flight for October last February withTravelocity. The original itinerary was fine but through the months past they kept on unmindfully changing the itinerary, there was one leg (LHR-DOH) with only a 40 minute lay over - not enough to clear customs, immigrations and security. Phoned customer service to fix this but they were not helpful even after several call backs. They were difficult to understand, some were arrogant, some tried tactics to get me to hang up by putting me on hold for 30 to 40 minutes and there was even one customer service agent who fell asleep whilst supposedly helping me and just told me to call back in 2 days. Very unprofessional. Aggravating. Save yourself the trouble. Book directly with the airlines. You might pay a bit more but you get the flights you like and you are not left hanging in uncertainty.
