Ripoff. Sold a $15,500 Truck mount that breaks down solde as new refuses to exchange

On May 07, Frank Perez owner of Cleaning Plus, sold me a New Power Clean Industries truckmount (carpet cleaning machine) for the amount of $15,000.00
Since day one, the truckmount has been malfunctioning. The main fuse fell off before I even used it for the first time. A water line busted as soon as I we got it working. I took it back so that he can replace it.

The problem is that Cleaning plus is approximately 500 miles round trip away. Two weeks later I had to retake the truckmount back to Cleaning Plus because it was leaking oil from the pump, and the hot water regulater was malfuctioning. He repaired it. Everything was working fine until the manifold that transports the heat to the water heater busted in three pieces.

I called Frank Perez to let him know what had happen, and he did not pay attention to me. The second time I called him he was being rude. I told him to send me a part so that I can fix the machine. He told me that he will sent it. However it never got here. I wrote Frank a letter telling him that I do not want him to fix my machine because the only thing that is going to happen is that it is going to brake down again. I wrote in the letter that I want a new machine that is better quality, even though I have to pay the difference. I FED EX the letter.

When he recieved it, he called saying that he is not going to exchange it. After arguing for while, he told me he is willing to exchange it, if I pay the depreciation for the machine he sold me. The total was $1000.00 depreciation, $500.00 to install the new machine, and $400 shipping fee. Another $2,100.00 difference for the new machine. I understand paying the $2,100.00 dollars for another machine because it cost more. However the other $1,900.00 I do not understand, since I already paid for it in the beginning.

The new machine that I bought in the beginning is not working and it is costing alot of down time, and loss of business. I do not know what to do. I hope this does not happen to anybody else because it has been very stressfull and frustrading for me. This machine is what helps me work, and it is not working properly. I owe all this money to the bank, and cannot pay it because the machine is not making me money. Today July 22, I saw RIP OFF on FOX 11. I decided to write to you guys to see if you can help me out.
