I created my preparations through Expedia, all was good till an act of God triggered the termination of my trip. The airline itself rescheduled my trip. Expedia charged us an additional $200.00 for that change in reservation for that resort.

Expedia sent me a big change in my own itinerary, however it included no modifications from my unique itinerary. After I named them to request them to revise the itinerary (the Resort), these were rude, place me on store for more than 10 moments, and offered me phony info that since I'd reserved on line together I had been regarded a "visitor" and would not obtain an updated schedule. HUH? Therefore, I hung-up, got someone else who had been ready to revise my schedule within about a minute and sent it in my experience within minutes.

I'll NEVER use Expedia again.
