I took my grown daughters on a once in a lifetime trip to France for two weeks. I used Orbitz to book our flights. I am not a seasoned traveler so I assumed Orbitz knew what they were doing.

Our flight into Frankfurt very close in time to the departing flight for Marseille but I assumed Orbitz was familiar with airports and knew how close to schedule arriving and departing flights.

Our Frankfurt flight landed late so we missed our Marseille flight. We were redirected to Paris then to Marseille. None of our luggage made it to Marseille. One daughter's luggage was missing Saturday - Monday, they other daughter's luggage was missing Saturday - Tuesday night. I don't think our luggage would have gotten lost if we'd have been able to make all the correct flights. I tried to chat with Orbitz but as I was typing a response they ended the live chat. I simply wanted to know where to complain about the scheduling of flights. I have filed a claim with the airline that lost the luggage.
