Orbitz is the worse - Orbitz is involved in fraud

I booked a flight with Orbitz for my 14-year-old daughter whom I specify to the Orbitz operator was an unaccompanied minor, (who by the way was an outsourced foreign worker who spoke poor English) I was charged an additional fee due to the fact that she was an unaccompanied minor. Two days later I called to confirm the flight with United Airways, United Airways informed me that they do not do unaccompanied minor flights with flights that have connecting flights. When I called Orbitz to get a refund or change the flight they could not accommodate me they asked me to pay an additional $290 to change the flight, they would not take any responsibility for their obvious mistake and tried to get out to me for more money. I had to take a complete loss of my entire fair and booked my daughter on a another flight with another airline. Orbitz is one of the worst companies I%u2019ve ever dealt with they Shifting me from person to person and each one of these people referred me to United Airways or some other Orbitz idiot. I%u2019ve never been so disgusted with any agency or company and my life I feel helpless and used please do not use Orbitz they will only cost you money and give you a headache they are unprofessional, non-English speaking customer service, and rude. And I am curious why Orbitz has a complaint line no one will ever respond or do anything about their wrongdoing there are literally thousands of customer complaints about Orbitz and nothing is being done about their shady business practices whoever the CEO or owner of this company is, should be made aware of what a shady job his employees are doing, and if he does know and is doing nothing about it someone should investigate him. I hate Orbitz and I will do everything in my power to get everyone I know (which are a lot of people) to never use Orbitz again. I know I will never get my money back from Orbitz but I will do all that I can to get them to lose money and customers
